Early in her career, Erin was an early employee at a fintech startup that went through multiple transitions and was eventually acquired by a Fortune 500 company. Over those 12 years, she gained firsthand experience navigating the operational challenges of rapid growth and change. She encountered similar challenges years later during another acquisition by a Fortune 500 company in the insurance industry.
A certified PMP and Scrum Master, Erin has led complex implementations, streamlined operations, and built scalable systems for organizations of all sizes.
Known for turning ambiguity into action, she blends structure with agility to lead confidently in fast-paced environments, bringing clarity to complexity and helping teams execute with focus.
